As pro tennis, I shall tell you. Wait 'till the ball's at the highest it can get, then swing! That easy! So wonderful!

The ball must be hit at its peak. I find it easier to achieve this if I start with the Wiimote held upright and use the A button to throw the ball. It is easier to time your swing that way.
