It should be fine as long as you are in reasonably good health and have a healthy liver.

Alcohol should be avoided with Ibuprofen use because among its side effects are nausea and headache. Ibuprofen's onset is in half an hour, and its peak action is in 1 - 2 hrs. Since you took 2 tabs, i think you should wait a few more hours to indulge in that glass of wine.

There are no generally prescribed medicines, and certainly no over-the-counter medicines in the UK that react with alcohol. Some very strong painkillers, such as Kapake, will do but it is more likely to make you vomit than anything else (Kapake have special ingredient in them to prevent an accidental or intentional overdose - take too many and you throw them all up)

should be fine unless u worry in which case u will spoil it.
depends on the type of painkiller also. r there no instructions?
long as it don't turn into 3 or 4 !!

Its really hard on your liver because both wine and ibuprofen are metabolized there.
Its probably better if you don't, but 1 glass is also probably fine.
If it were me, I wouldn't chance it, but I tend to be rather over cautious with that stuff too.

Not a smart move.

If you took a "couple" of pain killers, aren't you calm, and quiet, and almost asleep?
