Is he actually disconnecting a cable somewhere maybe?

You might also consider that he might give you your priveliges if you were more obedient and didn't try to undermine his authority. (I am sorry I know that is unsolicited advice)

What he's likely done is installed a group policy on your computer. Its possible to override these policies, but its quite likely that you need admin rights to do so. But if he didn't use admin rights, he probably used a software or registry tweak. In light of this I'm hesitant to suggest either one because modifying or deleting the wrong part will render the computer useless and Windows will need to be reinstalled, if you don't have a backup. Registry tweaks can be accessed from this site www.regedit.com. Getting access to the registry through an editor is possible by clicking start menu then going to run and typing regedit. I'm not sure which tweak he used, but try searching under security or network. There are some softwares that edit the registry, but I wouldn't suggest either way unless you want to make a career out of fixing computers
