Who do you think is that fellow watching that video of Sam on GH?

I believe the "person" watching Sam's interview is a new character named "Amelia". Since they showed a watch and then same was stroking her arm on the plane it does indicate that this Amelia person is going to cause alot of trouble for Sam when she comes to town. Whoever the person was that Tracy is blackmailing Sam with has to have something to do with Amelia too. This should be so interesting to see where they take it to.
