Definitely! Be sexy by accentuating one body part by showing some skin. For example, wear a mini-skirt (if you love your legs), or a flirty, feminine top that shows a little cleavage (but not too much! or you'll fall off the cliff that seperates sexiness from skankiness).
Keep it classy by only showing skin in one area of your body. If there's a peek of skin between your top and your bottom, there better not be more skin at your neckline and/or below your waist.
If you pick your favorite body part to accentuate, the one that you look at and think, "Hmm, I actually have nice _____", then you'll feel good about both your outfit and yourself...and confidence is always sexy.
