yes i do! and regardless what a few answerer's have said, i do care and not for the points it really does upset me when i read about someone suffering or feeling down and when i answer a serious question i give the best and my sincerest answer i can, and i like it when i recieve the same back, there are some really lovely people here i agree a few may not be as sincere as most but at my age and with a bit of life experience i can usually sift the insincere ones out. thanks for that Q! (and i do mean that!)

Yes I do! It IS true that many people answer with their ultimate goal being to get the Best answer' but many times you will get an honest, down to earth, heart felt response that someone genuinely spent their time considering and it touches you! it makes you want to return the favor or "Pay it forward", as they say!

Yes - its lovely when you get a nice answer. Some people think its all about the points, but that never occured to me until I read the answers to this question. Its even better when you get a best answer - especially when its in the relationships section, it makes me want to start up my own 'agony aunt' column.

Sometimes, it is always nice to see people helping each other out on questions and share their knowledge. But some users are using this good website to tell lies and hte speech, it is a bad thing but I hope most of the people won'y do that.

Actually, I do. I don't post heart clinchers, but I do feel the warm fuzzies when someone is depressed, lonely, sad or burdened and people respond with kindness. Reaffirms my hope for the world and human kind.
Although I must confess...
I also enjoy it when racists and idiots in general get ripped!

I always get a warm feeling inside when a stranger that I will probably never know is kind enough to waste their time answering questions, especially when they answer the question compassionately.

Yes I have met really great people, maybe not in person, but people have emailed me, and were so nice. I think it's great that people eeally do care.
