if you like her, tell her, otherwise you'll regret it. it may ruin the friendships...not "may", it will.
but do you like her for her, or just because she has someone now, and like most people, want what you "can't" have.
how old are you?
there will be other girls and new friends.

This happened to me years ago and it hurt, so i know what u mean. If feels like you have had a double loss.
I suggest that you stay away from them for a couple of weeks just to adjust to the idea of them being together, and lick your wounds. You also get to avoid the lovey dovey stage ... you don't need to see these two like that do you?
It will give them some space too. As they now a couple they will want that initially.
After two weeks, suggest plans to see them, but it would be easier if it was each one on their own, not together.
See how it goes.... and see other friends as well, that will soften the blow and make things easier, its not good to depend on one or two people anyway.
When their honeymoon period is over they will slowly have more contact with you, don't worry.

as we grow up, we also move on. the fact that you like the girl too is not good for your friendship with him. i would have to advise that though they are your "best" friends... i would find other people to hang out with when they are doing the "dating" thing.

you might loose your friend ship with both of them if you try to take the girl you might loose the girl you love but its better to loose just one person than 2 if you think she the one you see your self for the rest of your life who you'll see sexy in 60 years than yes you love her win her love and if you see you to together she must too.

i have exactly the same problem, you just have to let them get on with things, and if they break up you all will become friends again

As simple as this "their relationship between them is different, ur relationship is different" both can't interfere each other.
