Wonderful question! It is slightly depressing isn't it? I personally cannot stand how illiterate people are in this day and age.

What do you mean act like animals? Have you seen anyone bark like a dog? or mew like a cat? or roar loke a lion?. The latitude of human behaviour is so wide it remains human. People who are not civil or kind etc. are not lbehaving like animals. They are humans--maybe worse than animals. Animals must be mad at you for suggesting that such people are like them, Even lions have codes

Well, if one buys into the lie of Evolution, one can't help but act like an animal because they think they "evolved" from monkeys. However, if one remembers that God created human beings with dignity and respect, one is more apt to think of themselves that way and treat others in the same manner.

Lack of civility and training. There are a lot of things I would like to say. However, I don't because it could be seen as rude or inappropriate. Unfortunately it seems some parts of our society don't ever see anything as rude or inappropriate.

I blame it on society in general. Some people today just don't care. They just weren't raised the proper way or they just decide to act that way.

They may look at it as it's a doggy dog world today and all for one.
Instead of One for all.
You can't blame the parents for everything but does start from how you raise them and what your morals are as a parent.
Just my opinion.

simple--because nowadays, everything is acceptable, including animalistic behaviour.
Plus, if a society believes in the Theory of Evolution, what do you expect?
