There are a few ways to get a Baby Neopet.

1. You can buy a Baby Paintbrush, which costs around 600,000 neopoints. You can get one at the Trades, the Auctions, or the Hidden Tower.

2. You can cross your fingers and hope that Boochi appears and zaps your pet. He is a random event that turns your active pet into a baby.

3. You can get a Fountain Faerie Quest. She usually asks for rare items but the reward is a visit to the Rainbow Fountain, where you can choose which pet you want to choose and you can paint it.

4. Get a morphing potion. They usually cost a lot and you can find one at the Trades or Auctions. Just search 'Baby (neopet name) Morphing Potion.

5. Win one from a freebie place like the Fruit Machine. That's rare though.

6. Win one from a contest. When you enter a contest and it says a number of neopoints plus a rare prize, that's usually a paint brush.

7. Refer a number of people. I forget how much though.

You need an item called a baby pet brush. They must be on the list of compatible pets or it won't work. It is hard to find them but if you have the cash to dish it out , the shop wizard can help you find one.

you need a baby paintbrush, but its so rare. paintbrushes are so expensive in neopets, but you could get em by scratch cards, or in tiki tak tombola. I got one baby paintbrush from tiki tack tombola. It gives out lots of paintbrushes, especially the rare ones, if ur so lucky.
Or you could try searching for a pet in the adoption thingy.. I once found a pet named war painted with a golden paintbrush and i found a scorchio painted with a jelly paintbrush....its just up to you to figure out names to search...:))
