heel - a wrestler that do things to oppose the crowd.They are there to meke babyfaces or face look good.Heels are the bad guys.We normally boo them.An example of a great heel in the wwe is edge.In an interview he also said he rather be a heel than a face.So to turn heel would do something bad like attack a face wrestler.
babyface/face - a wrestler that is a fan favorite.People normally scream for these persons.A good example is the undertaker and hbk.
