1099's are due out by January 31. Regardless of whether or not you receive a 1099 you are still responsible to report the income that is received. So in reality when you receive it is technically immaterial.

i recieved my 1099 late this year as well. but it doesnt matter. all you have to do is add up what you made for the year and you should be all set.
