I would go to New Port Beach, California. i go there alot because i was raised/born there and it is really nice. by the HUGE beach there is a fun place with bunjjee jumping, arcades and tons more cool stuff. i would try going there. FYI it is about 1 hr away from L.A. so you can vist that place to without going too far. Hope you thought this was helpful.

Chaweng Beach in Koh Samui (Thailand) or Kuta Beach in Bali (Indonesia). Beautiful, Fabulous and Cheap. ;0)

Perth, Austrailia---> i heard they have the best beaches in the world from numerous people, i plan to go there sometime. not to mention, who doesn't love it down unda? =]
