I REALLY THINK THAT HE COULD BE DRAFTED IN THE FIRST ROUND.TROY SMITH REALLY ONLY HAD ONE BAD GAME IN HIS CAREER ( FLORIDA.) HE WON THE HEISMAN TROPHY.HE IS A RARE QB WHO CAN THROW AND SCRAMBLE.SOME TEAM WILL PROBABLY SUCKER UP TO HIM AND PICK HIM UP. JUST THINK ABOUT THIS FOR A SECOND.

He has been exposed as an average QB (excellent athlete) but was the beneficiary of incredible talent around him at OSU. Size isnt his only issue, the character problems that dogged him early at OSU (he nearly got kicked off the team) have reappeared and now the scouts are starting to think Maurice Clarett all over again. I doubt any team views him as potential starter material but someone may take a flyer on him more as a Slash type player (Raiders? they dont mind bad apples). Either way he has hurt his chances of being a first day pick but i would agree he could go in the 3rd round but more likely the 4th.

He might get lucky and get drafted in the late 2nd round. But i'd say probably some where in the 3rd.

I think that he will fall to the third round because he was good because he could move around, but in the NFL that will be limited. Also his passing skills are mediocre at best, or so I've seen. This is also added on to the fact that QB's aren't at a high need right now except for a couple teams

It all depends on the pro day. If he has even a fantastic pro day, I doubt he gets picked in the second round, but probably in the 3rd. And if he does poorly at the pro day, I'd say in the 5th round.

I'd say 3rd to 4th round.
I've heard his stock has dropped at the combine.

4th or 5th round. He was already iffy from a pro standpoint and did quite a bit more damage to his rep at the Combine.

I think 2nd or 3rd. He didn't do well at the Combine at all! Since the Heisman, he's been a different player, and person.

If he has a really good pro day at Ohio State later this month then middle of the 3rd
If he has an avg. day at the Pro Day then he might slip into the 4th round
If he is bad at the Pro Day then he will be in the middle of the 4th
