Do you believe in palm reading?

i had my palm read today..the lady was right on the money with some things that she said..

oh yeah she just started saying things that only me and my friends would know about. and NO i didnt even say a word to her and she just started talking. i know some of those so called psychics are good readers of "characters" meaning they can read what type of person you are. well all i did was open my hands, she talked for 10 minz straight. then asked me to make a wish.then she talks about my wish w.o me telling her what my wish was... i wasnt a believe of these sort of things but today was an experience!

i think there is something to be said for the mystical in all of our lives, but palm readers are different from palm reading. once an old woman (not a palm reader, just a family friend) told me some interesting things about the palms;
the left palm shows what should be and the right palm shows what is to be. last, that the deeper the lines in the palm , the older the soul of the person.

don't know if it is true or not, but i found it so interesting when she told me that i have remembered it all these years later.

palm reading is very accurate-- the trick to knowing weather or not the person doing the reading is a fake is to make sure they are not asking you leading questions, like some will ask about your family and love life to get a feel for why you are there then just just say what most want to hear. And if they miss then they steer it in a different direction. You know process of elimination. I would say next time just plop your hand down and say nothing

I don't believe in palm readings because I'd like to think that we have control over how we choose to live our lives. To think that astrology, numerology or palm readings can truly tell us who we are, what we've done or what we will do in the future doesn't leave much room for personal choice. Everything is predictable. To me, this new age type of stuff can be fun but just not taken too seriously.

No I don't believe in palm readings. Usually if someone tells your future or (in this case) your personality do to lines on your hand, the reading is usually really open. Like you can relate anything that happened to your life with what she said.

Yes. But I wait until the palm fronds are dried. Because it is difficult to read the blue ink on a green palm fronds. Why do you ask?
