probably early 3rd, i dont think he will fall to the 2nd day. he is not a pro style QB however and he made most of his plays with his legs, so it is possible he could go later

Chances are he'll go in the second. The Browns will be looking at him and I'd guess the Ravens will also. Could be the 3rd if he ends up in Cleveland. Whoever said he is 5'10" is wrong. He measured 6'0" at the combine. That is still short by the NFL's standard and he didn't do much at the combine. He will need to have a great pro day and even then, I think the first round is out of the question at this point.
Depending on how quickly the other QBs go, look for Smith to go somewhere at the top of the 3rd. Detroit or Cleveland would be the best bets at this point.

Most likely the third round. He wants to go to the Browns, but they may not take him until the third if he falls there. The Ravens could look to get him in the 2nd-3rd round as well. The thing is, teams just don't need quarterbacks this year which hurts Smith's stock. Another problem he has is his size. He is only 5'10 which may keep him out of the second round.

It all depends on how his workouts go on his Pro Day. But I think someone will take him in the 3RD ROUND.
