I can't seem to find one anywhere...I had one before but it broke.
and I don't have enough smithing/mining levels to make one.
Does anyone know where I can buy one or does anyone have one I can buy from??

There are two mithril axes, the woodcutting one and the mithril battle axe. If you have the woodcutting one, and it broke you could try repairing it in bob's axes in lumbridge,. Or if you really lost it, there's no shop in runescape that sells woodcutting axes. You could just try buying it in banks, where people trade. I think it is for 3-4k only.
If you mean the battle axe, then you could buy one in port sarim, in the battle axe shop, or in the battle axe shop in lumbridge. You could also try buying from players at the bank for a low price, maybe for 2-3k only.

ok, get a mithril axe if ur woodcutting lvl is above or at 21, u wont be able to wield it unless u have 21 attack also but u will still be able to cut down trees, and faster. yes summoning is members only

For a battle axe- go to Port Sarim a little East from there. Also you could trade at the Varrock East bank-that is the place for freeworlder's to get stuff.
