I wouldn't. If your lawyer personally dislikes the prosecutor, he's going to work even harder on your behalf to win the case. I see it as an advantage. If the judge sees it is affecting you, he or she will step in and overrule the prosecutor.

Yes! That is an ethical problem, and you CAN fire your attorney! You can also ask that a different prosecutor be placed on the case. For some attorneys, there is no problem here, but if you believe it's affecting your case, then you need a new lawyer, a new prosecutor, or both. Tell the Judge!!!

They have to work it out themselves ... that happens... If it gets out of hand , some judges give them verbal warnings and lectures.
