All of the greats have been able to move the pile, and that always involves keeping your legs constantly churning. The best fullback in recent history (Mike Alstott) would run straight in to the line and always get at least 3-4 yards a carry because his legs never stopped. So basically the most important muscles for a fullback are the ones in the legs.
