Well if you're dreaming of him is because you're thinking about him constantly. What you can do is try to focus on your plan.If you are really sure you don't want to/cant have anything with him then focus on that.Make that choice! After, avoid things that remember you of him.Try to spend time with friends, think about your day.About a bunch of things.Something that might work is thinking negative thoughts about that person.Negative thoughts would be like physical flaws or flaws in his personality. The point is that you have to try to avoid from him popping into your mind.

Good luck...takes time because it can be hard!

When I loved someone and we were separated I dreamt about them all the time. It was just as you say, some were good dreams, some confusing. I guess because I still wanted the relationship and it ended, not to our choice, their strong memory was still present. As time passed, when I wouldn't dream of them for along time, for no reason, I would see them in my dreams for a glimpse. Strangely, they would call or I would run into someone connected to them. They lived on the other side of the world, so a connection still remained through my dreams. Years later, when they came back to the country, I dreamt of them the night before they phoned me, to tell me they were home.

while i replaced into in preschool, I dreamed approximately falling and flying. while i replaced into in sekolah rendah, I dreamed approximately 'what ought to've been if i've got finished that or this befell', then endured falling and flying Now, I dream of each and every little thing. abode, college, acquaintances, artistes, neighbours, journey, activities, and those i've got reported above, ahh! So while do I quit dreaming...i do no longer choose to and that i understand I won't.

Honestly, you always dream, you can't get rid of dreams. However, to help you not remember them, try waking up (setting an alarm) 30 minutes before you normally get up, so that you wake up in a different part of your sleep cycle, when you're not dreaming. I have never tried it, but I've heard that it works.

Olivia,
You still desire him. You write that he does not love you.
You know that you can't make someone love.

So, make a real list or a mental list of all negatives. Start with "he does not love me."

You are idealizing him. It isn't doing you any good.
If you stop longing for him and fill your life with new people, I promise you that he will not play a part in your dreams.
It is up to you.

You must love him so much....stop thinking about him leave the past and face of what you are right now... Stop hurting yourself.. there are so many gentleman's outside waiting for you.. give a chance to everyone around you who loves you so much... to love you for what you are, not what you have.. love is also giving respect to each other... this is an advice i hope you'll get over it.. good luck.

If you still want him then tell him. If you don't want him then find someone else to get your mind off of him. Or everytime you think of him, do something good for yourself.

I love my dreams about my exes good & bad. It makes me treasure what I love (d) about them. And reminds me why I left the others.

Well, this is a tough one. I liked this girl for a long time and I told her, but she didn't like me back. I still liked her and i wanted to stop because it made me feel bad thinking we couldn't ever be together. So my friend told me to think about all the bad things about her and I stoped liking her. If you don't want to love him anymore then just think about all the bad things about him and you might stop feeling attracted to him. If you don't want to stop loving him sorry to waste your time. Hope this helps = )
