I need to make my face red, but without alcohol or doing anything very painful or dangerous. How can I do this?

Simple. It's called cosmetics! Go to your local pharmacy's make-up aisle and get some blush in a red color. You may want to take a woman along with you who is good with applying cosmetics so that she can steer you in the right direction of what product will give you that look that you want and how to apply it. There are some 'gel' blushes that will give you a ruddy look without looking 'pink' or 'pretty' which I assume is not your goal...

I don't know much about this, but my first thought would be to let as many women kiss your face as possible.
Kissing - that doesn't involve doing anything very painful or dangerous.

im not even gonna ask why you want your face red, but here you go:
- hold your breath and then touch your nose to your knees
- eat an entire package of salt without drinking any water
- think about the stupidest thing you have ever said
- hold your breath and do crunches
