Hi, I'm coming to this late. it could be the oestrogen/progesterone mix in the pill doesn't agree with you if the balance isn't right it can play havoc with your system. i think your best bet would be to go to your gyno and get checked to firstly see if you have any problems hormonal imbalances that the pill could be triggering. And possibly get a hormone test to see which hormone your body have the aversion to. there are over a 100 different types of pill so you might find one that suits you if don't i would suggest just trying alternative meds to lighten your period and just use condoms. one thing i want to say a lady said before me go on a contraceptive jag (depo provera) i went on depo and i am still suffering the side effects now 3 years later i would NOT ADVISE IT! However if you are considering it please make an informed choice here is a website with just a few of the horror stories that are out there about the depo!!And if you search "depo side effects" or "depo horror stories" you will see alot more

goodluck and hope this helps

i know how you feel, when i was younger, i was the same or bleeding when not suppose 2 and not bleeding for maybe a week, and the pains, anyway, i would ask to get put on the injection or another pill, cos the ones you've had so far are no good, tell the doc about the pains, as somtimes there could be an under lying problem, maybe cystic overies, or entripeatryosis ( sorry about the spelling) and somtimes a wee op called a "laparoscamy" would quite easily point out, but good luck, and in the meantime, it'll just have 2 be pain killers and a hot water bottle......

I had a situation where after I started taking the pill for one of my female problems and still had the heavy periods and horrible cramping and such. It turned out that after a bit of dr searching I found out that I had endometriosis.

Pls see a gynecologist about this if you haven't already to have this looked in to to see if more than just the pills is causing the problem.

you wouldn't have skipped placebo pills so quickly after beginning this style. you could desire to fairly have waited approximately 3 months until now doing this. that's almost easily what has brought about the doorstep forward bleeding. do no longer bypass the subsequent placebo pills. Take all of them as you could desire to do and then do no longer bypass them back until you actual could desire to. If the bleeding hasn't stopped as quickly as you're approximately 3 days into your next p.c.. (after taking the scheduled placebo pills), bypass and seek for scientific help.

come off it, try the contraceptive injection, depo..i had that for years its fantastic! my periods stopped completely and it was one small injection in the thigh or bottom every 3 months, THREE MONTHS!!! how goods that!! the only let down is it can cause weight loss or gain and it can take from 6 months - 2 years for your periods to get regular after you stop taking it, still i thought it was completely worth it! i have been off the injection for about a year now and im all regular again, lighter periods than before and last for about 3 days, brilliant!!

Go see your doctor. I had that happen to me and they kept lowering the dosage until they couldn't lower it anymore. I can no longer use any pills or the shot or any of it because of my problems on the pill.

If you are not I would see a Gynecologist not a regular Dr., and maybe settle on a different form of birth control.
