In Ohio, do adults PERSONALLY get punishments and minors personally get punishments?
or does everyone gets the same punishments?

Minors (under the age of 21) actually get a punishment that is MORE HARSH for their first offense. Ohio is a 3-strikes state, so 3 DUIS and no driving for you for the rest of your life.
