I don't think so, but make sure the cuticles don't get infected.
Rubbing that Neosporin on them is good!
Take care of them while they heal, and mabye ask the person doing your nails next time not to do what happened this time...
Try wearing a band-aid or something while you're out, and take it off at home.

be very careful when going to a nail salon.
she cut your cuticles all wrong.
she never should have cut them so they were nicked.
learn how to do your own manicures.
buy a good cuticle clipper( mehaz )
soak your nails in warm soapy water...then in clear warm water to soften your cuticles. very gently, push your cuticles back.
very carefully...clip just the extra skin that you have pushed back.
file & buff your nails..and you're done!

I have known people that have went to go and get their nails done and you can get fungus. They use the same tools on everyone, the files adn so forth, so if they use it on someone's naiils that has a cut or fungus you can get it also. You should go get it checked out!

keep putting neosporion on them 3 x's a day.
Our cuticules protect us from bacteria, and fungus!
It's okay to have them pushed back, but not cut off.
Sounds like your manicurist went a little gagga on your cuticles.
Use Witch Hazel on your nails 2 x's a day, it will strengthen them, and help fight bacteria while your cuticules are growing back.
in the futute, ask them NOT to cut your cuticules.

No, I think its just dry skin because when I get out of the shower(hot water like at the manicurist) i usually have cuts on the tips of my fingers. Just keep your hands clean and moisturized, and youll be fine.
