Equal opportunity law:
Is the race disclosure form correct? If not, what reform can be brought about to present a more objective and representative form that promotes equal opportunity and select the best?

You can study many types of forms available for example in the public sector, in the private sector followed large companies like Tesco, ASDA, Shell etc.. You can also study the forms used by different recruitment agencies like Reeds, Hays etc.

Then you can study if classifications present historical and behavioural transitions among different ethnicities and sub-ethnicities.

Like you have white West Germans who lived under democracy for years. You also have white East Germans who lived under socialism for years. Do they behave the same way? If yes, then how did the East Germans used to kill their fellow brothers and sisters while trying to cross the Berlin wall? Do they need different classification?

White Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian etc: Do they behave the same way as a white British from England? English people have been in interaction with so many cultures and regions historically. Their behaviour has been formed accordingly as they learned from different regions and cultures. On the contrary a white Polish or Romanian did not have such historical background, which shaped their behaviour. They were also under socialism for a long time. Do they need another type of classification? Or the total classification scheme is faulty and needs either more sub-classifications or rather only a few broader representative classifications discarding the sub-classes.

For examples, In Asian category Chinese are Asian. So are the Bangladeshis, Indians and Pakistanis.

Then again what is the impact of education and Levels of education on a person’s ethnicity and race? Education changes behaviour we know. As such where you will put a highly educated Asian compared to less educated white British, German, Polish or Romanian and so on.

The title can be like, 'Race or ethnicity disclosure form and its impact on selection of the best candidates in recruitment and in other social process in view of Equal Opportunity Law: Possible reform.'

Do it on 'Election Law'? Very few people do it and is quite specialised. I would say 'Has the Electoral Commission had a positive effect on the operation of Elections in Britain?'
