You should wear a black shirt, jeans, and a green belt. Also, if you have those ostrich riding boots, you should wear those. You can also wear a green coat if it's cold out.

First of all, what kind of show is it? Hunter, jumper, western, multiple disciplines, eventing, dressage?
I'm guessing it's an in-hand class, because if you were riding you wouldn't have to ask. I would probably go with a light green polo shirt and black slacks. Make sure you wear your paddock boots (or shoes that are close toed with a hard sole that cover your ankle). All your clothes should be carefully ironed and neat.(the judge will notice and appreciate this) . Tuck your shirt into your pants and wear a belt that matches your shoes. Pull your hair back and wear minimal makeup - as the handler you want to keep the attention on the horse. Make sure the halter or bridle is well-conditioned also, and that the horse is immaculate.
Good luck with your show! :)

A button down shirt with green and black. You could also throw in some white or silver to make it your own. The idea of a horse show is to show yourself and the horse off. You don't want to look like the horse. Of course you will need some black boots to go and a big black belt
