At Moon rise, which is the same time as sunset. For you, the Moon will rise already eclipsed. For me, in Texas, the total part of the eclipse will end before Moon rise. You need to be in Europe or Africa to see the whole thing from start to end.

I believe the moon will already be red at sun set.
