I suggest that you live in abject poverty for One Full Year, and then see how you feel about "liberalism"... I'm guessing that you would sing a different song.
All I have seen of late from the "conservative" camp is corporate greed and a willingness to send somebody else's child to a war in Iraq that was fabricated!

Sure, let all the liberals take over and get a taste of socialism. Once there freedom to bad mouth the leaders and express their opinion they will silently regret their actions but have no choice but to roll over and accept it. Let them know what it is to work for the pittance the govt allows and have no incentive to get ahead. Let them know what it is to live at the level the govt dictates while they lavish themselves and use all taxes to endow their own lives. Let them know that the govt. will decide what kind of and who is entitled to health care and who is not. Let them know that the govt. has control of the minds of their children. Need I go on?
