what time will the moon turn copper saturday night, tomorrow? The news says it will turn copper in the Middle East at 23:21 GMT. What time is that for EST (eastern standard time)?

It will rise near the end, or after the end, of the copper phase. If you are on the East coast, you may see it rise still eclipsed, but in Texas where I live, the total part of the eclipse will end before Moon rise. You need to be in Europe or Africa to see the whole eclipse.

Right at sunset. The eclipse will already be in progress when the moon rises in the Eastern USA, so that would be the best time to see it.

EST = GMT - 5hours.
