i moved form the north to the south. in the north everyone's all friendly and stuff! lol but when i moved to the south , everyones been ignoring me and talking smart to me!!!! and friends? don't wanna think about them!!!! its like i bacame a loser or something! i hate this feeling whats should i do? in my opinion i think the north is better when it comes to socialization!

You are too cool and smart for them. They feel threatened by you because you are more educated and experienced. I get called the cousin from the North. They go crazy for my clothes, shoes, makeup, I guess they feel deprived or something. Keep talking to people, someone will click with you. You might meet another person from the N. Find another guy who feels left out or picked on and stick together. Best of luck to you!!

It's called Southern Pride, they don't like Northerners very much at all. I'm neither southern or northern, I'm Western and I think we have the best Hospitality

people in the south have their way of life and don't like change most times, so you are probably just new to them and they need to get use to you , their also much more laid back then people in the north,
you can have southern pride northern pride,western pride no matter where you go pride is there

We could say the same about you. Northerners think they're better than Southerners, they are typically arrogant and snotty. Perhaps you are being the typical Northerner, and the people you're coming into contact with don't like you.

Sounds like you are just missing out on our Southern hospitality. Funny thing is that most people find it to be the reverse from what you say. Where in the south are you exactly?
