I'm just in high school. DO language help me to be more qualified? Do they only hire peiople with high degree like from the Ivy leagues?

Languages can be a bonus. Get a business or finance degree. I don't know if NYSE only hires Ivy Leaguers, but a business degree can take you pretty much anywhere. (Record companies, etc.)

You don't have to be an Ivy leaguer, but in college you should focus on degrees in either: Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics. And if you can maintain as 3.5 GPA, all the better.
