I am assuming that you are looking for someone who is in the system.

I'm not sure if you are looking for someone in County or HOC, but in either case, there is no online database to tell you the status of an inmate. You can look up the Wisconsin Court Access page and that will give you some information on their sentance, but not much else:

Other than that, you will have to contact the appropriate facility to find out if the inmate is there. I do not think they will give you anymore information than that.
