ofcourse not, and obsession is something you HAVE to do, and you stop living your normal life, you stop going to school or work, you stop seeing your friends and family, so no obsession is healthy fro the one with it.
if you obsession is giving away 100 usd on the street, you would be doing good to others, but your healt is in risk

There can be many..
Such as reading, excersizing, and cleaning, putting on makeup... ect.. as long as its not harmful and dangerous.
