Morrowind help, How do i get past cyptirium if i attacked the corpus guys?

I cant get past one of the core quests on morrowind because I had accidentally attacked the corpus people earlier in the game. I need help to figure out how to get past it. Also any Ieas ons what to do after you beat the game on fable.

The fyr guy who owns the cryptorium wont give me the potion because before I knew about the main quest area majigger i killed the corpus people so how can i get my potion so i dont die of corpus. PS- howdo i give people stuff?

The corpus disease is a disease you are supposed to get, a part of the main quest is curing it, hope i helped...
