When I am able to take a shower completely alone.... you know without one kid or another interrupting.... It never ceases to amaze me, how often they need something when I am in the shower..... so If I am able to steal 10 minutes to myself, Wow! I feel like I made it to the top of the biggest mountain ever!

When I am satisfied with myself and have gotten some kind of recognition for what I have accomplished, somehow.

when my life changed from living on the streets, to becoming a dentist, through years of hard work, and now i can help ppl and have my place in the society
