Brady is probably the right choice, but if Terrell Davis didn't get hurt, he may have been the biggest bargain. Wasn't he drafted in the 6th round? I can't remember for sure.

outside of Brady, I would say Terrell Davis. 6th round pick out of Georgia.
He got Elway his rings, and would have had a much more noteworthy career had injuries not derailed him.

I agree with your choice. There may be a better one, but the NFL drafts are just too long and there are too many players to really tell.
