theres this girl in our class ( mutiat ) and she calls me for the homework and then ten minutes later she calls me again saying uhh yeah i forgot what are home work was again can you tell me and she is awways following my friends and i and saying oooh that shirt is cute. and once we were talking about dogs and she goes " i like my omeltes fried with bacon!" and me and my freinds are all " uhhhhhh.........?" how can i break it to her to back off and leave us alone ect ect? she trys so hrad to be our friend but she cant she just CANT

Not really clingy more of wannabeish desperate. Maybe you should try accepting her and get her into the conversations so that she doesn't try to act weird to be accepted and make excuses to call you. Give her chance because the only reason she seems freaky it's because she doesn't know what to say to be your friend.
