How do you make your sims look like characters from Naruto?

A lot of my friends manage to make their fav characters from Naruto appear on Sims...and I would like to know how to do that for Gaara specifically.

There are already objects available on the web that you can download to create your Gaara.

(You have to have an account to download from there, but its free and easy. You may have to download their QXPress client to download the files, but it works easier to download these files and it will install it for you. Very Easy )

Once you get into the Sims creator, you should select the "Premade Characters" of Gaara in the teen version. Then add the goard in the Sunglasses area, I think and select the right hair.
Eventually you will find your ultimate Gaara.
