Certainly - you're simply looking at the moon going into earth's shadow.
Its okay to look at the full moon, so no reason you can't look at the moon going into shadow.
Its SOLAR eclipses (when you're watching the sun being blocked by the moon) that you can't look at without serious eye protection.

Yes. Unlike solar eclipses, lunar eclipses are totally safe to view without any protection. That is because the Moon is safe to stare at normally but the Sun isn't.

Yep. The moon goes into the shadow of the earth in a lunar eclipse. Some sunlight still gets to it, but it's more dim. The moon takes on a dark orange tint.

Photographing an eclipse of the Moon is fun and easy. You don't even have to worry about special filters to protect your eyes or your camera. Unlike eclipses of the Sun, eclipses of the Moon are perfectly safe to watch with the naked eye.

Yes of course. Moonlight is almost exclusively a reflection of the sun's electromagnetic waves in the visible spectrum (light) and because of some absorption and scattering by an uneven surface, is much less intense than than viewing the sun directly, which may be damaging to the retina. Therefore, viewing an eclipse of the moon is simply viewing a partially obscured (by the earth) version of the moon, which would carry even less light (electromagnetic radiation) than, say, a full or blue moon.

Lunar (MOON) Yes.
Solar (SUN) No!!!!! I have holes in my Len(s), what ever the Opt. Dr.(s) have told me. I am not sure if it's the lens, but somewhere is my eyes. They told me it's rare for them to see these. But, they said the holes occured from looking at an eclipse. Really my eye sight is great.

Yes, I have holes in my head too, but not from an eclipse.

Yup, I've done this before. We (don't) see the moon because the sun's light reflecting off the moon's surface... Not difficult on the eyes (like looking directly at the sun).
