The new iPods do not come with CD's. You'll have to download it from Apple. Just go to http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ and get it. It's free and comes with the drivers needed to make your computer recognize your iPod.

Depending on the model and year it was made. If you have a shuffle for before 2006 it come with one. All 2007 models you have to go to www.itunes.com and download itunes version 7.1.0 for free.
