As part of the investigations into the spread of Po-210 following a recent assassination, our lab needs to calibrate the measurements with high levels of this isotope. Where can we get a few megaBequerels?

Make your own from Bismuth. You also need a nuclear reactor for a good source of fast neutrons. A few MBq of Po-210 is not a large amount, about 10 nanogram.

Ask your boss or supervisor. You don't just ask any Yahoo where to get these supplies. Handling Po-210 also requires specialized equipment and procedures.

I hate to say it, but anyone who would be legitimately working w/Po210 would know where to get it would definitely not be asking here. Furthermore, because of the decay rate mentioned by the previous answerer, I doubt almost anyone would sell it to you.

If you do by some vague chance happen to be a legitimate scientist, you really ought to know that you need to contact someone with a cyclotron, meaning basically any national lab, or possibly (but unlikely) a few commercial radioisotope manufacturers, and ask them to make it for you.
