OMFG, THE 80S MOST DEF. pick a singer from then and dress up like them if you cant find anything to wear.
if not the 70s. and even though i hate the ideo behind the movies, you could do like a blaxploitation outfit. like a big afro and like some nice shorts and a vest.

50's is kinda' cool. 60's are hippy cool. 70's weren't cool when it was happening and 80's were funny. I would go 60's!
