1. Good Environment-Happy People
2. Career Pathing-I want the company to see my potential as well.
3. Stable company-Don't want to be bought out or shut down.
4. Morals-A company that has morals and follows them.
5. An Office-I just moved into my first one, and boy it was motivating!

Speaking ideally, I would want my job to provide:
a sort of identity, in that it represents what I believe in and care about
good working relationships
opportunities to move up
an ability to create positive change on a major scale
a good setting/location

I want a higher position that my Masters Degree gives me a right too!
I want more safety issues to be brought forward.
I want cleaner restrooms...I'm tired of smelling piss everytime I go to the restroom.
I want more Handicapped parking...there's not enough.
I want no more fratenizing with female managers and assistant managers.
