Look, you are entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts. The only thing conservatives are loyal to is the Constitution of the United States. We gladly debate anyone on any point.
If you want to see blind loyalists as you say, try to find a democrat that will criticize Bill Clinton. I see people here still saying that democrats are all for keeping jobs in America. Who was the president who signed NAFTA into law? In case you missed it, it was Mr. Clinton. Now, all you NAFTA hating Democrats, where is the criticism? Hmmm?
Liberal democrats opposed welfare reform for years. Who signed it into law? That's right. Good old Bill. Welfare reform hating Democrats, Hello?
Liberal Democrats were staunch feminists. Hated the very idea of a boss using his position to sexually abuse subordinate women. Where was there ever a more lopsided relationship than between the most powerful man in the world and an unpaid intern? Have at him liberal feminists! Hello? Were is everybody?
Surely with all of this abusing of a lowly intern and cheating on his wife, surely we can rely on the National Organization of Women? Pat Ireland? You there? Anybody?
Now, compare when the president Bush nominated Harriet Myers to the Supreme Court. What prominent Republican didn't criticize the president? When Bush started speaking about amnesty for illegal immigrants or a Dubai company running the ports which republicans didn't attack the president. In fact Rush Limbaugh was on the president's side with he Dubai deal. Republicans Criticized Rush, too.
Please, stop projecting Democrat symptoms onto
Republicans. You could not be more wrong about this.

This election is now approximately Wall highway. in view that McCain has an 'R' next to his call, he's being related to the subject concerns, even however he became between the few Senators (all republicans, by potential of how), who warned the President and Senate/Congress in 2005 approximately Fannie/Freddie. it is all o.k. documented. in actuality, Bush additionally made warnings for the previous 6 or 7 years. yet no, we in basic terms won't be able to deny abode possession to low earnings human beings, even though in the event that they have not any way of paying returned the loans. interior the tip, McCain will lose because of this loan mess. Its ironic, because of the fact it became a democrat controlled Legislative branch that blocked all new regulation of Fannie/Freddie that could have unwound this mess until now all of it blew up. it fairly is politics. Heck, McCain is extra useful off letting Obama take the interest...i does not want it at this component.

I think the more pressing question is why have the Democrats forgotten the ancient concept of Loyal Opposition? It's perfectly acceptable gto be against the President and his policies. It is NOT acceptable to support those who wish to do our nation harm because it is politically damaging to the Administration. Regardless of how one might feel about the President, he is still the President of the United States. Supporting Hugo Chavez, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Fidel Castro, etc...is downright seditious.

They do seem to be more dogmatic in following their illustrious leaders than Independents, Democrats, Libertarians, and all the others who make an effort to think their way through the issues.

It just looks like that when you look at them through those rose colored glasses you libs always try to look at the world with. Take them off and you will see that that is patriotism and pride in our country, respect for our elders and what is morally right. If you keep those glasses off for an extended period of time you may just see the lies the other libs are getting you to blindly follow.
