Try scanning your PC for virus and spy wares using Spyware Doctor here is the link for it http://www.spywarehub.com/pctools/spywar... try the Free download versionand also do a defragmentation. If you do not know how here is what you do......
Go to My Computer right click on the Local Disk C.some words show up at the side go down to properties click on it a box will open click on tools and then you will see the defragmentation button click on it and let it do its work try not to use the computer while it doing it OK.
try to down load TuneUp Utilities on your computer the 1-Click Maintenance can be of big help to your pc here is the link http://www.tune-up.com/products/tuneup-u... you can try the Free download version.

reset the computer by holding down the power button on the computer. If you have windows it will load windows then it will ask you to sign in. Hopefully this works, if it doesn't i would call a computer support place. Look in the yellow pages for places to ask for help for.

you may have too much data stored and too many programmes running at the same time. Try to decompress yr files and defrag yr harddisk.
and update the amount you can store in yr computer's hardware.
