I am taking apri and i started the day after i started my period had sex a month later and am 2 weeks into my 2nd pack and am scared do you think i'm good to go ? i tried to call my doc but i cant get in until later....

recalled a specific lot number of Apri birth control pills as a result of a possible improper sequence of active and placebo pills.
The improperly sequenced packs of Apri from lot No. 590434045, expiring in December 2006, have the white placebo pill in week one rather than week four, said JoAnna Moyer, director of the Women's Health Department at University Health Services.
In the correct pack of Apri, the first three weeks should have rose-colored tablets and the fourth week should have white tablets, Moyer said.

I think they say that it takes a month to get into your system, so I would say so. But nothing's 100%.

u should be ok but i think ur supposed to be on them at least 2months b4 u have sex...just use a rubber for now...
