you have chutzpah to ask questions no one dares to. and many questions. number one question --the timing of the permission is not there yet -- it will depend on many conditions -- who is ruling Iraq and Iran then and there. number two whether a permission is sought by legal or other means? too early at this stage to speculate. as for whether Russia is supplying Iran and Syria with weapons -- just read the lips of the president of Russia -- Mr. Putin (former KGB strong man). the rest is up to you to decide.

Yes we are giving them permission and yes, Russia is aiding Iran and Syria,. The air defenses of Iran have been drastically beefed up thanks to the Russians.
