I have blue eyes too. Try using purple, tans with sandy pink or warm colors. For eye liner try using blue or gray. Add Black mascara. Make your lips natural, color takes away from your eyes. Sparkles draw attention to your eyes.

you could either use a tint of blue-ish eye shadow or eye liner, but if you're not thinking of makeup, wear a headband or belt or something in the same blue shade as your eyes so it pops out!
When I wear blue contacts, I wear this blue head band thats the exactly same color and then people really notice it! Lucky you, you have natural blue eyes...

Mix a silver w/brown toward your lash line...probably with a midnight blue liner - I'd soften the entire eye with a bit of a light concealor over the eye after you've applied the shadow/liner. That will create a glow around your eye...but it won't be obnixious, it should make your eyes stand out.

A models make up artist once did my eyes with a blue shadow (I have blue eyes too). She said it makes the blue eye color pop evern more. It was not a powder blue it was more cobalt like.

A subtle eye liner will make you eyes pop without looking like you poured it on. Buy a color that matches you shade (or a tad brighter).

use an eyeshadow with a green tint - green makes blue eyes stand out more just as blue makes green eyes stand out more

Well I have blue eyes too so all I do is put not to much but enough blue eyeshadow so you can see it

if i were you (and i know that i am not) i would buy the colored
eye lenses that would make my eyes pop!!! that is what i would do to make my eyes pop......then you need very little shadow on your upper lids and your eyes will be your best feature.
Try it, i think you will really like it.

I have gray-ish blue eyes. I usually wear aqua or bright blue eyeliner and mascara. (If bright blue is too much, try a navy one!)

i toatilly disagree with the others. i think that you should wear a primary color, only not as wild. you should try a shimmering gold color.
