You need to get a small breeder net from the pet shop. You can put your baby fish in that until they grow a bit.

The simple answer here would be to just seperate the babies from the larger fish. There are a few ways to do this. You can set up a seperate tank for these babies, but that can be a little pricey since you need an additional filtration unit and heating unit, as well as the tank itself. Another idea is to go to a fish/pet supply store and get a breeding unit. The one I've always had the most luck with is one made of mesh that just clips onto your tank. These units can sit inside of the fish tank you already have and the babies can grow and thrive in there without being devoured by your hungry bigger fish! It's also a good idea to put some live plants in your current aquarium. These plants provide shelter and hiding places for your babies, and are really great for your tank in general. That way, even if you can't find all of the babies to seperate them, atleast the ones that are left in the tank with the bigger fish will have a better chance of survival. Good luck and I hope this helps!

The only things you can do is either get a breeding tank for them specifically, use a breeding net to keep the other fish from them, or try putting more grassy decorations in your tank for them to hide in. Guppies are lower on the food chain for other fish. So by you keeping the babies in the tank, they are thanking you for a light snack. Good luck.

Alamak!! just get them out of the main tank!!

If getting additional tanks is not possible/too much a hassle. You can try to put more plants, especially those which have stem/leaves that can extend till the top of the tanks to provide hiding places for the babies while they small. This will certainly help raise their chances of surviving.

Good Luck!!

You need to separate the babies either into a breeding net (not trap, or into a separate tank.you can put all in 1 tank, because big fish think that is ther food.

one thing you should spread both of them aparts so that the big fish wouldnt go chase after the little ones and try to eat them as foods . so i would put the big fish or the small fishes into a other water bowl or tank so that they wouldnt be eatting from the big fish anymore.

you think that is bad.....guppies are really like cheap i have thousands of them in my pond and there are really annoying..cuz whenever i put a new fish in there hundreds of them swarm and attack the new fish...which is worth more than all of them together.!!!.....to answers ur question....get like the breeder things like the ones with the net...and let it float in your tank with a peice of foam OR EVEN BETTER buy a 10 gallon tank at like pet supermarket for like $25

breeding nets are available from any aquarium however you will also need a fine net as the fry often slip through once in the net feed them as usual and keep them there until they are to big for there parents to eat
