Just that the moon has passed into the shadow of the earth. The reason it is red instead of black is the fact that the earth has an atmosphere and light is bent around the curvature of the earth but mainly red light escapes turning the moon red.

It means you're way too stoned. During a lunar eclipse, it looks dark orangish, which you can see Saturday night, if you don't get stoned and miss it.
And the old sailor's saying is "Red sky in morning, sailors take warning. Red sky at night, sailors delight."

Here it means that it is early in the evening and that there is a whole lot of smog or pollution in the air that makes it look red or orange.

Red moon in the morning sailors warning
red moon at night sailors delight.
Also it could just have been a solar eclipse
There is definately nothing wrong with it
