Mugabe is a democracy-hating communist who controls Zimbabwe, formerly Rhodesia. That's only 3 key-words. China wants all of Africa's oil, so "gimme that oil" would inclue Chi-Commiess wanting Zimbabwe's oil. Zimbabe is already communist, so no problem. Iraq tried to buy uranium from Niger, not Zimbabwe, so I guess that doesn't work. Uranium is Niger's primary export by the way, and the British as well as the French government concluded that Saddam (Iraq's Saddam) tried to buy raw uranium from Niger.

Well if someone bombs the crap out of you for the bottles of Shiraz that you don't have, at least it can be done in the name of democracy.
